It's a Pain The....................

But............I must not moan. I have been told today that my pain I've been suffering with for quite awhile is sciatica and I'm going to need physio..............ooh I do hope he is nice and handsome. So that means my aqua fit , aerobics and hydro fit classes are banned for the moment and so I have an extra evening of crafting. Yar!
Here is a card I've just finished:
This image is from Whipper Snapper and is called Bear & Present.
Coloured with Promarkers, added punched snowflakes, die cut scalloped centre and die cut corners.

    Ouch! That is painful! You would think that low impact water exercises would help that.
