Birthday Wishes

A quick posting before getting my little man from school and spending the afternoon cooking yummy treats for us.
Here is a card I've made this week. I'm entering it into Sketch Saturday challenge and Allosrts Challenge
The image and sentiment is from pink petticoat, coloured with pro markers. I used my new nesties to matt and layer them both up. I have flipped the sketch to allow me to get image and embellishments on. The flowery paper is from my stash, along with the white ribbon which you can't see very well from photo. The flowers I pick up from th £1 shop last week along with the gems.
I hope you like Michelle xx

Flowers and Ribbons

I'd been asked to make a card for someone from Blue's work friends. So I set myself the challenge. The card is for a special grandma. I've used a digi image from my stash and coloured it with my pro markers. I fell in love with the background paper and set work on combinig it with the image and embellishments. I love using ribbons and flowers on my cards and have a massive stash especially ribbons. I've doubled up the ribbon using a moss green and a lilac organza ribbon tying it into a bow. The flowers I've also had hidden away, I added some gems to the middle to give it a bit of sparkle. Hope you can see from photo I have very poor lighting in the evenings but couldn't wait until daylight to show you all. I used the same background paper inside the card too. Hope you like.
I'm entering this card into the following challenges.
My Time To Craft Challenge - Your favourite embellishments
Moving Along With The Times - Blooming Marvellous
Cute Card Thursday - You're a Gem

Lost and Found Friends

I lost touch with a dear friend of mine some years ago, but hey we are back in touch again. So this is a quick posting of her birthday card. The only problem is her birthday is on Thursday and she lives in Monaco, so it's gonna be a bit late. Sorry about that, but I did remember the birthday just forgot to post it in time. Bye for now. Stamps Happen - Going Shopping

It's Wednesday evening and no evening classes. To think this time last week I was sitting in the exam room! Phew I'm so glad that's all over but I'm already thinking what to do next. Perhaps something a little more leisurely. Tonight image is from a stamp I'd one on eBay at such a cheap price that I think the postage was more than the stamp..........normal then!! I also thought that the woman and dog would be filled in on the stamp but it was just an outline. So I've taken the opportunity to use my Promakers and as I said before I'm limited in colour but I think it looks okay. Hope you like it. Jeanette
