Well as soon as I saw this challenge I immediately thought of my little photo concertina books that I make. These are fab gifts, and this one is for a wedding which is a great little pressy for those special guests at the wedding. I always decorate the inside with matching papers and card and also add embellishments to suit the occasion. The front of this has a little metal plate which says Mrs & Mrs. I'm entering this into the following challenge: Moving Along With The Times - More Than One Fold - there's plenty with this one! Altered CD's
I love making books of all kinds and one way to recycle those old CD's is to turn them into a photo book. Here is one made for a baby girl. Each page is cover in DP and embellished with a variety of buttons ribbons etc. The round nesties come in very handy for this project. PS that isn't a dirty mark on the first picture, it's a problem with my camera.........honest. I'm entering this book into the following challenge: The Crafty Pad - Altered CD's. Jeanette
Embossing & No Kids Allowed
I've got a few postings tonight as I have a friend coming to stay over the weekend, so wont get much chance of any crafting but hopefully plenty of retail therapy - best cram it all in tonight. I've tackled a 'men's' card tonight, how brave am I. I love this image, yes a bit scary but it makes a great men's card. I've embossed the background card with a cuttlebug folder - I used this one because I thought it depicted wheels. I've edged the card with TH Distress Ink Tea Dye. I've coloured the image with Promarkers just using the one pen to match the background which was Caramel. Couple of Dress It Up stars and the sentiment is from Magenta. I'm entering this card into the following challenges:

I've chosen beautiful lemon colour for the my card again today - it's so cheerful. The image is from Hero Arts and called Glass Vases. Punched out three lemon butterflies and used pearls for their bodies with glittered around the wings. Used nestie for lemon backing to the image, coloured the image with water colours. Flower from stash topped with a sentiment created by my pc and again glittered around the edges.

Ooh Baby Baby
I've done a lot of baby cards recently - seems to be the season for them. The stamp I've used for this card is from Stamp 'N' Around not one that I'm familiar with but is a lovely large image and very clean lines and simple. I've used Promarkers to colour and used glossy accents on his nose. Ribbon across the bottom with a bow and used a bow button on the image with added ribbon on.

A Simple Sentiment
It's always handy to have a few general birthday cards to hand, just in case you forget that important day in a friends life and I think this card suits the bill. The sentiment says ' Birthday, wishing you a year full of joy, happiness, and dreams come true'. See that covers everything! Flower, leaves, dragonfly, twine, and gem from my little stash (ha ha not really I have tonnes of it!). I'm entering this card in the following challenge:

Wedding Invites
At long last. Been meaning to post these photos on for months now but just not had the time. Its all wedding planning at the moment. No time for crafting unless its for my wedding. Thought I'd share with you all my invites I've made. For the save the date cards, I manage to pick up a bulk pack of black card from a craft fiar in Somerset last year. I brought the save the date writing from ebay at a bargain price of 99p. It is a sizzix die cut. I borrowed mums nesties and brought some heart rinestones in hobbycraft in the sale.
For the wedding cards, again I used the same black cards. Used my favourite images pink petticoat.
I could not decide from the wedding images which I liked and decided to use all of them. I borrowed some of mums and nesties but also used mine to matt and layer the image. Dusted them with glamour dust. The ribbon I got from the craft fair in Somerset last year.
Hope you like. Michelle xx

Cards For Men - Water
Over at Cards For Men the theme is Water which means I can get my old faithful stamp out from Personal Impressions and I've also used Rubbadubbadoo 'Travel' stamp set. I bought this set over a year ago and this is the first time I've used it. I coloured my boat scene with water colours and the travel set I used Tim Holtz Distress Ink Te Dye. Added a couple of embellishments. Hope you like it. Jeanette.

Moving Along With The Times
I made this card for a Male Theme challenge over at Moving Along With The Times. Male cards are the hardest to create as I'm sure you know. This is a Sugar Nellie image which I have dragged out from the back of the drawer, coloured with Promakers, added a few embellishments, card and paper from stash. Hope you like it. Jeanette
Pear Tree Challenge - Sketch
When I first looked at this challenge earlier this week I thought eek that looks hard and couldn't find the time to have a go but today I ignored all of the housework and got stuck in and found I really enjoyed doing this challenge and loved the sketch. The image is PB and called Kitty Baby and colour with water colours. The rest is from stash.

Door Hanger Challenge
Well only 77 days to go until Michelle's wedding day and things are hotting up. I've started adding embellishments to the wedding dress, making the chocolates for the favours, and now thinking about designing the wedding cake. The hardest bit of all for me is to try and find an outfit!! So onto the challenge which is a 'door hanger'. I don't recall making one before so this is a first. I've embossed the card and coloured with an chalk ink pad, added lace, card star, flower and buttons. The image is by Whipper Snapper called Curious Bunny which is coloured with Promarkers.
I'm entering this challenge into: C.R.A.F.T. Challenge
