All 3 'Krafty Kows' went to Janettes garage sale again last Saturday and spent far too much...well at least I did and the only reason I didn't buy more was because I hadn't taken enough money with me. I'm looking forward to the next one were I will of course increase my budget. So what did I buy you may ask. Well I bought some wonderful 'Penny Black' and 'Stampingbella's stamps which I couldn't leave behind as they are my absolute favourites. I'm going to be stamping them up later this week and showing them on the blog. I managed to make a 'Father's Day' card from one of the stamps I bought, which I have been after for ages. It's by Penny Black and he's called 'Dressed Up'. I've decoupaged his head and foot and used glossy accents to hi-light his nose, tie and little paw pads. I've coloured with the whisper pens. Hope you like him

Pink Moments
I had a 'pink' evening yesterday and for no particular reason made a couple of baby girl cards.
The first card is a sizzix die with various embellishments added and the second card is a 'Bosskut Die' which I had bought from Somerset Stitch & Craft show and I'm so please with it.
Hope you like them

And Finally....Another Sugar Nellie Image
Football Crazy
Another quick card tonight. This is a 'Paper Nations' stamp. I've used glossy accents to hi-light the football. Cut the no.8 from the cuttlebug. Stamp three footballs. The background paper is from a disc with billions of backgrounds on, which I end up spending half the night going through! Hope you like it.
New Home Card
This is a download image is from 'Pink Petticoat' which I've carefully coloured with whisper pens using my water pen, as the ink can smudge and bleed. I've used little orange gems in the middle of the flowers and drawn fake stitching around the the border with fine permanent black pen. Hope you like it.

Baby Mini Scrapbooks
Here are a couple of baby books, which are by far the most popular, followed closely by 'weddings'. These are great as brag books for grandparents/parents and can be sent to relatives who may live far away. They are also great for 'christening mementos' as well for the godparents. Hope you like them.

A Krafty Kow's 30th Birthday
It's the BIG 30 today for Michelle. We had a family BBQ yesterday, and thankfully the weather was good and everybody had a nice time. The children certainly had fun playing in the garden.
This is the cake and card I made for Michelle. The stamp is by 'Whipper Snapper', just perfect for the 'Krafty Kow' birthday girl. I hope you like them.

Happy Bird-day
Here is a card I've made for my friend Gina whom I haven't seen for years but we still keep in touch. The stamp is from 'Whipper Snapper Designs'. I've coloured the image in Whisper pens, hi-lighted the beaks and stars with glossy accents. The sentiment has been hand written. The backing paper was given to me by Jo. When I get more time I'm going to try and do a bit of decoupaging on this image. I hope you like it.

To A Happy Couple - Anniversary Card
Fifi - Stampingbella
I'd not seen this stamp previously so was really please when I managed to buy this one. It's very versatile, as I have used it for many female birthday cards. I've used Dovercraft backing paper, used a sunshine eyelet, and on the image I used glossy accents on the girls hair as well as on the poodles pom poms. Hope you like it.

Stitch & Craft Show
Went to a Stitch & Craft Show on Saturday with a very dear friend of mine, Janine (who incidentally laughs at me having a blog) and was quite disappointed, especially when there were stands selling...beds...woodcutting tools....food..???? If I'd wanted to buy these sort of items I would have gone to a Home Exhibition, so I don't think I'll bother with the next one. But not all was lost as I did manage to spend some time with Janine after and here I am in her new (old) car. She took me out for a ride in it, it was just like Thelma and Louise gone wrong. It rattled, shaked and made you realise how today's cars had actually become very luxurious. No need for air con in this car. What great fun! Terry......I want one!

Goddaughter Card
I very quickly made this card in between doing some baby books tonight. I have been asked quite a few time for 'goddaughter & godson' cards so here one to start with. The stamp is 'Penny Black', the paper was given to me by Jo at Wimborne market (thanks again), with various pieces of card stock. The wording was produce by the pc with a little bow embellishment and ofcourse I've used some glossy accents on the umbrella and raindrops. Hope you like it. Jeanette
Baby Boy Book
Here is another one of my books I made tonight. I don't know what it is but there seems to be more baby boys born than girls, as I seem to make more boy books than girls! I quite like the pale blue and lemon together, as this gives a real fresh look. I've used various embellishments, paper and card stock. These books are quite easy to make but they are extremely time consuming. I should have really been reading my notes ready for my exam next Wednesday but ............I got that crafting urge again!!! Hope you like it. Jeanette

Various Birthday Cards
Had a disastrous evening class tonight, couldn't remember a thing after having the Easter holidays and I've got to sit the exam next week.......nightmare, so I thought rather than getting in a state about it I'd chill out and make a few cards and here they are.
The 'Winnie Pooh & Piglet' stamp I think I 'borrowed' from Michelle quite some time ago. The stamp doesn't look much until you colour it up and then it comes into it's own. I've used glossy accents (a must have!) on the balloon.
Love the 'boy with the guitar' stamp, I think it's by Sugar Nellie, so cute. Hope you like them.
