Ring 'o' Ring of Fairies

I love making these quirky fairies. These are for the New Forest Fairy Festival in August this year, which we are really looking forward to. Fingers crossed the weather will be as good as last year.

Something Old into New

One of the things I love to do is use something old and making into something new and being loved again and that's what I've done with some old maps.

Here I've made some Kusudama paper flowers out of an old map book and they look great and brighten up any corner of a room. They are simple to make and can be of any size from small to very large. You can also put them together to create a flower ball, which I've made quite a few over the years and are often used for bridesmaid bouquets.

You can use up your old buttons for the centres. I love making these.

Bye for now

Bye for now.
