Love is All you Need

So what's new today? Well not much really but just catching up with a few orders and here is one of my favourite book folds.

I really need to make a few cards but I'm pretty hooked on folding at the moment, be it a book or a square of paper to fold into a petal like these;

With these flowers I put little fairy lights in.
Have a great evening.

We've been to Brighton

We had a great weekend in Brighton and finally visited the shop Choccy Woccy Doo Dah. Wow it's so amazing, small and terribly busy but I managed to get a few photos.

It's so colourful and just loved the cake that says 'All you need is Love'

We came across a car boot sale at the marina and bought some absolute bargains. A full box of 12 x 12 scrap book papers, must be a minimum of 200 sheets for £10.00. But why did I buy them, I must have at least 2000 sheets of paper here already!!!.

My most exciting find was small books of music paper in a little back street shop in Rottingdean and here are a few very small rolled roses I made.

Think these may got in a little teacup and saucer ready for the Gallery next week.

Bye for now

Book folding

So book folding has become a thing I love to do. It's so addictive and now looking to create some new patterns shortly. But for now here are some I've created recently.

.

For those of you that are local in the areas of Wimborne, Poole etc I will be showing some of my work at the gallery at Upton country park. It has a lovely tea room in beautiful surroundings and this will be supporting  the Lewis Manning Hospice Charity, so please pop along a see some wonderful artist/crafters work.

Long Absence and The Latest Up Date

So I've been away for ages and lots have happened. It's been a tough 6 months but things are looking a brighter (fingers crossed).

Unfortunately I had to leave the team at C.R.A.F.T challenge blog simply because time was always against me and I felt bad letting the team down each week, although Jo never seemed to mind and has been brilliant. So I wish the current team lots of success and will be popping over from time to time. Thanks girls I loved my time with you.

I've managed to make some things in between family and all the crisis in between, if fact the crafting has kept me sane. So here are some of the things I've been creating.
And here is where I will be showing my work next along with 11 other artists & crafters so please pop along if you are in the area.
Bye for now
