Here's a a card for a baby's 1st Christmas and this year we have little Tillie-Belle who will be celebrating her 1st Christmas, not that she will remember but I'm sure there will be plenty of photos taken.
This card is not for her (the blue colour is the give away!) but it did remind me that I had better get on and get the family Christmas cards completed soon before the Christmas madness begins!

This a a bit more of a traditional Christmas card. The large snowflake is chipboard which I covered with sparkle Mod Podge and stamped a poinsettia, decoupage it and then added it to the centre of the snowflake. This can be removed from the card and used as a tree decoration.

For my card I created crochet flowers. I usually make these whilst I'm at craft fairs, filling in time. They are quite easy to do and but if you're not sure how, be sure to search a tutorial on You Tube. Here is my card:
I'm using an image from Digi Darla and is called A Note from Puppy.. Promarkers to colour. Crochet flowers - hand made by me Buttons, paper, card from stash So don't forget to join in with us over at C.R.A.F.T Jeanette
I''m not sure but I think the image is from Stamping Bella - I've had this image in my box for ages waiting to be coloured up. The background paper is from stash. Added orange and black gingham ribbon, some brads in the corners, pumpkin button, a shiny star and finally my charm which is a spider hanging from his web.
I love this image from The Crafty Pad and whilst on my hols I managed to find a great stamp which fits perfect with the theme of this card. It's different measuring tapes. It's from Papermania Urban Stamps and it's brill. So I stamped it onto cream card and used TH Tea Dye Distress Ink pad which I then used around the edge of the card and the image. Added a couple of black flowers. lace, die cut corner and some gems.
Here is another Christmas card and I'm really getting back into the swing of things now.
This image is Pollycrafts and part of the Chester collection which I've coloured with Promarkers, with added Stardust Stickles and a few embellishments.

Bye for now
There's a definite change in the air and Summer is on it's way out and we now welcome Autumn...............not............ but there are some interesting colours starting to appear in the garden.
Tonight I thought I would make a Halloween card. I don't make many of these but I do love some of the images that are around, they are so cute and not scary.
Here I've used a digi image from Squiggle Stamps. Michelle and I were very sad to hear they are closing at the end of the year as they are one of a favs...shame...but they have a sale on so quickly pop over for some great bargains.
I've used Promarkers to colour and distressed the background paper, added two buttons, string and a few embellishments.
